Once you apply, I’ll review and follow up with you. From there it depends on where you are in the home buying process:

    For clients ready to make a move I can often get a pre-approval done the same day.
  • If You’re Still Searching for a Home
    If you’re just starting out, we’ll get your application processed and have you ready to go when the right home comes along.

Every client is different, and I’ll make sure you’re ready whether it’s a quick decision or a longer journey.
